Jomood is a personal mood journaling application that allows you to:
You retain full ownership of all content you create, including journal entries, photos, videos, and custom tags.
You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing AI features. This content is not stored on our servers beyond the processing session.
Basic journaling, mood tracking, statistics, and local backup are free.
Premium subscription unlocks: AI Reflect Chat, Periodic Reviews, PIN Lock & Biometric Security, advanced export options.
Jomood is not a medical device or mental health service. AI reflections are for personal insight and self-improvement only. They do not constitute professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

The App, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You may stop using Jomood at any time by uninstalling the App and cancelling any active subscriptions.
We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.
If you downloaded Jomood from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the following additional terms apply:
Acknowledgement: These Terms are between you and Jomood, not Apple or Google. We are solely responsible for the App and its content.
Scope of License: The license granted is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by the store’s usage rules.
Maintenance and Support: Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
Warranty: Apple and Google have no warranty obligation. Any claims relating to failure to conform to warranty must be directed to us. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google disclaim all other warranties.
Product Claims: We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it, including: (a) product liability claims, (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and (c) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Intellectual Property: In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, we, not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you. Google is also a third-party beneficiary with the right to enforce these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
